We are seeking friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to become Travel Agents. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for booking a variety of trip components including, flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, event tickets, theme park tickets, and all travel needs necessary for corporate travel or leisure travel. The end goal is to provide outstanding services that go above and beyond our clients' expectations!

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work within the US.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients.
Must have a smartphone and/or laptop with internet access.
Be detail-oriented to accurately plan and coordinate client travel itineraries.
Be proficient in technology, and able to navigate booking systems, travel platforms, and vendor sites.
Be flexible with clients across different time zones and be able to adapt to changing travel requirements.
Have a passion for travel, and the desire to create an amazing experience for clients.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Research, plan, and coordinate client travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, hotels, resorts, car rentals, event tickets, etc.
Consult clients by engaging in discussions and understanding their travel needs and preferences.
Stay up to date with latest travel trainings, news, and destination information, by attending webinars and ongoing trainings.
Coordinate with vendors to secure the best prices, deals, and promotions available.
Be an advocate for clients by addressing their needs, concerns, issues, and provide great customer service throughout the process.
Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel.
Respond to all travel inquires in a timely manner.
Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and travel.
